Description
The Frog guiro is a fun adaptation of the Latin American percussion instrument, consisting of a hollow gourd with parallel notches cut into the surface. This guiro is played by rubbing the stick along the notches on the frog’s back, to produce a croaking-like sound. Striking the tonal grooves of the Guiro creates many different sounds. The grooves along the back also create a sensory feeling on the hands.
