The following Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through The Rhythm Village Online Store.

Orders and Confirmation

Orders may be placed by telephone or online at www.rhythmvillage.com.au. Acceptance of orders is entirely at the discretion of The Rhythm Village. In order for The Rhythm Village to provide our customers with prompt service; we request that you provide us with your correct contact details at all times when placing orders.

Prices and Payment

The prices and products advertised on this site are for sales from this website only.

Unless otherwise specified, all of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Orders can only be accepted where an Australian mainland or Tasmanian address is given for delivery. Should an order be returned to us for the reason that the delivery address supplied by the customer was incorrect or needs to be re-directed at the customers request, the fees to re-deliver the order will be passed on to the customer. If you do not agree with the incurred fees for the re-delivery you may cancel your order however the incurred fees for the return of the product to us will be deducted from your refund.

Full payment is required for all orders, including orders for products that The Rhythm Village needs to order from suppliers at the time the order is placed.

We accept VISA or Mastercard via PayPal, as well as Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit. Additional processing time is required for Bank Cheque and Direct Deposit. (Goods will not be dispatched until cheques have been cleared and/or direct deposit funds are available in our bank account.)

Please note that when placing an order using either VISA or Mastercard, your credit card will not be charged immediately but charged just prior to the dispatch of your order.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you are still able to pay using your credit or debit card through PayPal.

Availability and Delivery
All products displayed on The Rhythm Village website are generally in stock and available to ship to the customer within 1-2 business days of receipt of order and payment. Please allow between 7-10 business days or more depending on your location within Australia, for delivery, except when products are labeled with “out of stock”.  In these instances, The Rhythm Village will contact you to advise when the product will be available.

Please note that when certain products need to be ordered from suppliers, when current stock is exhausted, delays may occur depending upon availability from suppliers.

Every effort will be made to source and deliver the product on behalf of our customers in a timely manner; however, because we are reliant on suppliers and freight companies, we cannot guarantee delivery times even where we have provided an estimate.

Where more than one item is ordered, items may not arrive simultaneously. There will be no additional freight charge to you in this instance unless your items are sent separately, due to weight restrictions.

When placing an order with multiple items, The Rhythm Village  reserve the right to part supply any part of the order if some products are unavailable or if the full quantity of products ordered is not available.
All orders are processed by 1pm Monday to Friday. Any orders received after 11.00 am are usually processed the next available business day.

Shipping Fees

To work out a shipping cost, please go through the cart and our system will calculate a freight price to your area.

Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the products you have bought are:

• faulty;
• significantly different to those shown or described to you; or
• not doing what they are supposed to do.

When you buy, you should choose carefully. You will not get a refund for simply changing your mind.

All products must be returned as new, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all original included accessories.  We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Freight prices cannot be refunded.

Warranties
All new products are sold with the supplier’s limited warranties. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product. Any breakages caused by irresponsible use or accidental damage caused by the customer (like a cut in a drum hide or dropping a product from a height, etc.) are not covered by warranty.

We do not accept responsibility or liability for misuse of any of the products we sell. We recommend proper supervision as we cannot be held responsible for misuse or accidents.

Some products contain small parts – a choking hazard – and are not suitable for children under 3.
