We have a number of workshops that we can run during the school holidays. They all focus on fun, excitement and interaction. From African drumming workshops, where each participant is given a drum and will enjoy participating in rhythmic games, singing and movement, to more general music workshops, incorporating singing, guitar and a variety of percussion instruments to ensure all students are engaged.
We also offer percussion making workshops, which helps to bring out students’ creativity, using a range of materials to make their very own percussion instrument. Once complete, students enjoy using their handmade instruments to participate in a big musical jam session, led by the facilitator.
Another favourite are our sibling music workshops, giving the opportunity for children with special needs to play music with their siblings and other family members. Drumming, dancing and a lot of percussion makes this a really enjoyable session for all. Playing music with one another is such a great way for family members to bond and enjoy time together!
Or…. any combination of the above.
These workshops generally run for 1-2 hours, depending on the type of workshop. We would be happy to work with you to create a unique program that you feel would best suit your school holiday needs.
